Right of cancellation and return of items

Right of Cancellation

There is a 14 day return on goods from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the product in the same condition as you received it. The right of cancellation is withdrawn, if you use the product in a way that obviously reduces the resell value. Once the item is received and approved, the full price is transfered to your account within a few days. The only cost you have, when you cancel, is postage to send the item back to us. When purchasing art items, the original packaging can account for a substantial portion of the product value. Therefore send the original packaging with your return package to be sure that the conditions for exercising the right of cancellation are met. Send an e-mail to stating what you are returning including the order number and your bank registration - and account number. We return the money straight away when we have received and accepted the goods. Send the item(s) to: Stelling Small Kirkestræde 2 1072 Copenhagen K. You can also cancel by refusing to accept it. Note: We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.


Stelling provides 2 years warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, covering manufacturing and material defects discovered in its normal use. The warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or tampering. Complaints about any deficiencies that should be noticed when using the product must be communicated to Stelling within a reasonable time. The product can be returned for repair, replacement or by appointment if necessary crediting. In connection with complaints Stelling takes care of the shipping costs within a reasonable extent. Return of items can also be done by refusing to receive or deliver the goods personally to us. It is not a requirement but the expedition will be enhanced if adequate information is send with the package - such as order id, name etc.
